## Processing of personal data when visiting our website
When using the website for information purposes, i.e. simply viewing it without registering and without you providing us with any other information, we process the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. The data described below is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security and must therefore be processed by us. ## Further functions and offers of our website
### 3.1 Overview over various offers
In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if you are interested (e.g. purchasing a personalized BaZi reading, using our free chart preview tool) and we use other functions to analyse or market our offers, which are presented in more detail in Section 4 and 5 below. For this purpose, you usually have to provide further personal data and/or we process such further data that we use to perform the respective services. The aforementioned data processing principles apply to all data processing purposes described here.

## Processing of personal data when you contact us or make a purchase
When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, name, if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions.
When you purchase a reading from us, we collect the following information:
(A) Your name and email address
(B) Your birth date, birth time, birth city, and gender — used exclusively to calculate your BaZi chart and create your personalized reading
(C) Payment details (processed by our payment service providers; we do not store complete card numbers)
(D) Order details (product purchased, order number, delivery status)
### Your Birth Chart Data
Your birth chart information is stored securely and used only for your readings and future orders (e.g. upgrades from The Reading to The Full Reading). We do not share your birth data with any third party. If you return as a repeat customer, your chart data allows us to build on your previous reading without asking you to resubmit.
### Free Chart Preview Tool
When you use our free chart preview tool on the homepage, your birth details are processed to generate an instant personality snapshot. This data is subject to the same protections as paid order data. We apply rate limiting to prevent abuse and do not store free preview data beyond what is needed for this purpose.
