## Digital Delivery
All Born Compass products are digital. There is no physical shipping involved. Your reading is delivered as a PDF file directly to your email inbox.
## Delivery Timeline

## How Delivery Works
1. After purchase, your birth details are used to create your personalized reading.
2. Each reading is written from scratch — this is why it takes 1–3 days, not instant delivery.
3. Once your reading is complete, you will receive an email notification with your PDF attached or a download link.
## Delivery Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when your reading is ready. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email within the expected timeframe.
## Questions About Delivery
If you have not received your reading within 3 business days, please contact us at **hello@borncompass.com** and we will look into it immediately.
## No Physical Shipping
Born Compass does not sell or ship physical products. There are no shipping charges, customs fees, or delivery address requirements. All you need is a valid email address.
