Born Compass provides personalized BaZi birth chart readings delivered as digital PDFs. Our products include:
- **The Reading** ($29) — A 13,000+ word personal reading with 10 chapters, monthly precision.
- **The Full Reading** ($49) — An 18,000+ word complete reading with 13 chapters, daily precision, Power Days, and hidden storylines.
- **Upgrade to The Full Reading** ($20) — For existing Reading customers to add 3 additional chapters and upgrade to daily precision.
Every reading is written specifically for one person's chart. These are custom products — they cannot be resold, transferred, or reused for another person.
We also offer a free chart preview tool on our homepage that provides an instant personality snapshot based on your birth details. This free tool is subject to rate limits and does not represent the full depth of a paid reading.
## SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BIRTH INFORMATION
The accuracy of your reading depends on the birth information you provide. Please double-check your birth date, time, and city before submitting. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect birth details.
If you do not know your exact birth time, we can still create a reading — but certain sections may be less precise. We will note this in your reading.
## SECTION 5 - ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
## SECTION 6 - DELIVERY
All readings are digital products delivered via email as PDF files within **1–3 business days** of purchase. We will notify you by email when your reading is ready.
Upgrade orders (from The Reading to The Full Reading) are delivered within 1–3 business days after the upgrade purchase. The same practitioner who wrote your original reading will extend it.
## SECTION 7 - REFUND POLICY
**We offer a 100% money-back guarantee.** If your reading doesn't resonate, email us and we will refund you — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
Refund requests should be made within 30 days of delivery by contacting hello@borncompass.com.
